Revenue Strategist
Drive revenue growth through expert reservations management, digital marketing, and strategic distribution at a 4-star hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Revenue & Distribution Management:
o Maximise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through data-driven pricing and distribution strategies
o Effectively manage OTA platforms, hotel website, channel manager, rate parity, and rate wise solutions
* Forecasting & Reporting:
o Deliver accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports to inform business decisions
o Support budget planning and track actual performance against targets
* Reservations Support:
o Provide timely assistance with reservations as needed and support front office during busy periods
* Digital Marketing & Website Management:
o Collaborate with marketing and social teams to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with guest journey and local events
o Manage website content, SEO, special offers, and third-party listings to enhance online presence
* Email Marketing & Reputation:
o Plan and execute targeted email campaigns that engage guests and drive loyalty
o Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to protect reputation and facilitate upselling opportunities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in revenue management or a related field
* Strong understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies
* Experience managing OTA platforms (e.g. Expedia) and channel managers
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills to interpret data and inform business decisions
