Aircraft Cleaner - Role Summary An General Operative must be proactive and adaptable and strive to ensure the highest levels of cleaning standards are consistently met. You should be able to work with a team carrying out a variety of cleaning tasks. Salary/ hourly rate: €16.68 per hour Shifts: Night Shift: 9.30pm - 6am Day Shift: 6am - 2pm Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitise aircraft interiors, including carpets, seats, tables, bins, and windows; remove waste and restock seat pockets. Maintain lavatories and galleys, ensuring all surfaces are hygienic and supplies fully replenished. Prepare cabins for departure by arranging seatbelts, pillows, blankets, and headrests to airline standards. Restocking of cleaning vehicles and equipment. Carry out exterior aircraft cleaning and security checks as required. Operate ground support equipment such as vans, hi-lifts, and service trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain and adhere to all health, safety, and aviation security regulations across UK, Ireland, and EU jurisdictions. Report equipment faults promptly and perform additional cleaning duties in offices or retail areas when needed. Skills/Qualities required: Ability to work under pressure to schedules and adapt quickly to suit client needs. Ability to work shifts, bank holidays and weekends. A full manual driving licence recognised by Ireland is desirable. Good attention to detail to take pride in cleaning standards.
