Position available in reception administration in office / retail setting responsibility include day to day administration and maintaining the office environment such as communicating effectively through telephone, email etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer queries by phone and email
* Assist walk-in customers
* Ability to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
* Experience in customer facing admin roles
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Proficiency in communication through telephone and email and use of excel spreadsheets and word documents
* Basic accounting knowledge
* Confidence with animals
* Access to your own transport and flexibility
* Ambitious to fulfil practice potential
* Immediate start available for any suitable candidate
* Proficiency in basic office programmes including record and account keeping together with management of stock
* Opportunities for progression to a more senior role available to suitable candidate
Salary: €28,500 to €30,500 dependent on experience.
