Process Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Process Engineering Group, you will be responsible for providing technical support for new product introduction (NPI) and commercial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and Development: Develop, author, review, approve, and execute qualification/validation documentation and process development studies in line with the standard approval process.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Kaizen events as appropriate and perform root cause analysis of system failures using standard tools and methods.
* Lean Six Sigma Methodologies: Support continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and represent technical Operations Carlow at global technical forums.
* Compliance: Drive compliance of Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Science, Engineering, or Technical discipline is required.
* Experience: Min 3 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP Setting.
* Project Leadership: Demonstrable experience of leading technical related projects and knowledge of regulatory/code requirements.
Desirable Skills
* Process Monitoring Systems: Knowledge of process monitoring systems, automation systems (Delta V), operational intelligence & data systems (Pi System) within a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Computer Applications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related computer applications.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
