Job Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers during their vehicle service journey. You will greet customers, schedule service bookings, and determine workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date progress on each customer's vehicle, advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs, and handing over serviced vehicles at the agreed day/time while explaining the work completed and processing payment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1 year's experience in a similar role working in the motor industry
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English)
A working knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop preferable - training can be provided
Experience in providing excellent service to front-line customers
Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage time effectively particularly at peak times
