Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vehicle Spray Painter based in Dublin. The Vehicle Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint coatings, mixing paints to achieve desired colors, and ensuring a flawless finish. Daily tasks include cleaning and masking surfaces, inspecting completed work to ensure quality, and maintaining painting equipment. The role also involves following health and safety regulations in the workplace and collaborating with the larger autobody team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
* Experience in automotive spray painting, including surface preparation and color matching
* Knowledge of paint application techniques and the ability to achieve high-quality finishes
* Familiarity with the use and maintenance of spray-painting equipment
* Understanding of autobody repair processes and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work within project timelines
* Commitment to health and safety standards and guidelines
* Previous experience in a Certified Steel Standard (CSS) bodyshop or Tesla repair facility is an advantage
* Formal training or certification in vehicle paint spraying is a plus
