Temporary Admin Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team for one month.
This short-term role will support our day-to-day operations while a team member is on leave.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with general office admin tasks – data entry, filing, updating spreadsheets.
They will also support the accounts team with invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
In addition, they will answer calls and respond to emails professionally.
Other ad-hoc admin duties may be required to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with general office administration tasks
* Supporting the accounts team with financial transactions
* Communicating with clients and stakeholders
* Carrying out other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
* You have previous admin and/or accounts experience (basic bookkeeping or working with accounts software is a bonus)
* You are comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* You are organised, dependable, and good with detail
* You are available to start right away and commit for the full month
