Key Chef Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Key Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Management Team with the operation of the kitchen(s), including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attend daily briefings to stay informed about special requirements and priorities.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
* Prepare and present menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Monitor and manage food, material, and equipment stock levels.
