You will be responsible for conducting our annualOne4all RewardsChristmas telesales campaign, contacting repeat and new customers to secure orders for the final quarter of the year. You will provide administration support to our permanent sales team and assist with uploading orders, handling queries, and facilitating replacements or any ad-hoc duties as required.ResponsibilitiesConduct Annual Christmas direct mail campaign and contact repeat and new business customers to secure their orders for Quarter 4.Telesales campaignEntry of corporate orders onto the corporate order sales systemsPro-active monitoring of the corporate sales inboxIn-Bound & Outbound telesales call handlingSales query handingSupporting the field and inside sales teamProcessing gift card replacement and credit note requestsUndertake any other duties that may be required.QualificationsProven experience in customer service or sales within a corporate environment.Strong IT and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Client-focused with the ability to confidently articulate product offerings.Highly organized, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work on own initiative.BenefitsValuable experience in a fast-paced sales environment, ideal for building your CVSupportive team culture with hands-on training and guidance throughout the campaignOpportunity to work with well-known clients and contribute to a high-impact campaignCandidate Journey At BHNStage 1: Shortlisting of suitable candidatesStage 2: Screening CallStage 3: Interview(s) with Hiring Manager(s)Stage 4: Feedback/Hired
