Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations across retail and head office.

Requirements:
* 10+ years experience in retail or operations management.
* Strong background in finance, budgeting, and cost control.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
* Solid HR knowledge including employee management and compliance.
* Proven ability to implement policies and processes in a scaling environment.
* Excellent organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
