With a strong pipeline of new developments, they are looking to strengthen their team with a talented and ambitious Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take a key role on exciting new-build projects from conception to completion. You will be site-based, working closely with the project management team to ensure commercial success. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing tender and contract documents. Conducting cost planning and value engineering. Managing subcontractor accounts, from valuations to final accounts. Processing interim applications for payment. Monitoring costs and reporting on project financial performance. Identifying and managing variations. Ensuring accurate cost reporting and forecasting. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a proactive and commercially astute QS looking to develop their career with a top-tier developer. A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. 3+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally with exposure to new-build residential or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., RIAI, Public Works). Excellent numeracy, negotiation, and communication skills.
