We're looking for an experienced
IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team — providing top-tier technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
* Provide remote technical support to internal teams and clients
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users (accounts, permissions, setups)
* Monitor system performance and security alerts
* Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations
* Collaborate with IT teams to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency
* Ensure data protection and compliance with IT policies
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical helpdesk, or system administration
* Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and cloud environments
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets efficiently
* Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
