Hotel Leadership Executive
This pivotal role encompasses the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Front Office, Accommodation, and Maintenance departments.
* Provide visionary leadership and daily operational oversight for the Rooms Division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimal departmental performance.
* Lead and inspire teams in the Front Office, Accommodation, and Maintenance, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel. Fluency in English is required.
