Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for driving business growth and expanding existing relationships.
About the Role:
* Maintain and expand existing key accounts to foster long-term relationships.
* Implement regular customer visits to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
* Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and support.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date administration for key accounts.
* Collaborate with the key accounts team to ensure prompt invoice settlement.
* Identify new sales opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
* Develop and manage pricing structures for key accounts.
* Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
* Leverage market intelligence to optimize equipment usage within your territory.
Requirements:
* Sales experience ideally within the welfare or plant hire industries, or in sectors such as wind farming and renewable energy.
* Demonstrable experience of organising and prioritising a demanding workload.
* Ability to engage with customers and have excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to learn new skills and develop with the business.
