Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency in our busy bar and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food safety standards and liquor licensing requirements.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including bartenders and servers. Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs.
* Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
* Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, including labor, food, and beverage costs.
* Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, specials, and promotions to drive customer traffic.
* Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in event planning or promotions within the hospitality industry.
* Proficiency in analyzing financial and operational data to drive performance.
