We are seeking a highly skilledFinance Managerto join our Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the company's financial health.Key Responsibilities:Financial Modeling and Analysis:Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulationsPrepare comprehensive monthly management account packs with detailed financial forecasts using historical data, current trends, and real-time business insightsLead and manage a finance team to ensure professional growthProvide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and business leadersBudgeting and Forecasting:Promote and implement robust financial planning processes to support strategic objectivesPerform sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of variable changes on revenue, expenses, and profitabilityDevelop and implement financial strategies to optimise performance, manage costs, and drive efficienciesFinancial Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsDevelop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights using Lean Methodologies and ToolsStrategic Initiatives:Evaluate new business opportunities, including acquisitions, product launches, and strategic initiatives, through scenario modelingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance and margin improvement plansProcess Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with IT to develop and maintain financial systems and toolsEducation and experience required:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)5+ years' experience as a Finance Manager in manufacturing operationsProven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis to drive improved financial performancePrior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecastingSkills required:Demonstrated expertise in financial systems planning, forecasting, and analysis.The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams globally.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Experience in applying Lean methodologies and tools.Strong leadership, influencing, and decision-making skills.Experience with project management and IT implementation is a significant advantage.What can Vantive offer to you:A stable and secure work environment.A comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, company pension scheme, and annual bonus scheme.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology.Recognition and reward for outstanding performance.
