Job Description:
* To assist with document production, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting before submission to lawyers.
* To handle client calls and messages professionally.
We are seeking an organized individual who can maintain accurate records of clients and their activities. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments. The successful applicant will also participate in team meetings by arranging agendas and meeting minutes while keeping everyone informed about progress updates.
The role involves assisting fee earners with business development tasks such as pitches presentations letters drafting responding emails creating excel spreadsheets etc.. This includes managing diaries travel arrangements supporting documents writing articles maintaining internal newsletters acting first point contact clients answering queries promptly efficiently resolving issues wherever possible proactively
