Director - Human Resources Business Partner
Location– Galway
Hybrid - 3 days onsite
We are seeking an experienced
HR Director
to act as a strategic people leader at our leading multi-national clients Galway site.
This senior role will partner closely with site leadership and regional HR leaders to drive people strategies that support organisational growth, capability development, and a high-performance, inclusive culture.
You will lead strategic HR initiatives across talent management, organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change leadership, while also developing and coaching senior leaders and the local HR team. This role plays a critical part in shaping site, regional, and enterprise-wide HR priorities within a global operating model.
Key requirements include:
* Honours Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
* 12+ years' experience in senior HR roles within large, global organisations
* Strong expertise in talent management, organisational effectiveness, and leadership development
* Proven ability to coach and influence senior and executive leaders
* Experience leading change in complex, fast-paced environments
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic mindset
