Duty Manager - Kilkenny
Working for the largest furniture Retailer in Ireland who are over 20 years old with 22 Stores in Ireland and still growing. They are now looking for a Duty Manager for their store in Kilkenny. This role is a 6-9 month contract with potential to go permanent.
As a Duty Manager
* You will supervise the team if the assistant manager and manager are not there to do so
* Constantly demonstrating a drive for sales, leading by example so the rest can follow!
* You’ll be constantly motivating the team
* Delivering the best service possible to all customers
* You will be the first point of contact for the store, collaborating with internal departments to solve issues ASAP
Skills Needed as a Duty Manager
* Experience in Retail sales preferably in furniture.
* You need great communication and coaching skills
* You need to be a team player, not just a manager
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills
* At least 1 year experience in a consultative sales role
