Lights, Camera, Learn! We're Hiring a Creative Instructional Designer (Safety Training Focus)
Are you passionate about transforming complex safety guidelines into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences? Do you secretly storyboard your favorite YouTube videos and get a little too excited about the power of a well-timed animation? If so, we want to talk to you.

The Role:
We're on the hunt for a Content Developer – Safety Training with both the technical chops and creative flair to design compelling e-learning experiences that don’t put learners to sleep — even when the subject is fire extinguisher protocol.
What You’ll Do:
* Design and develop eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and/or Camtasia
* Create engaging storyboards, scripts, and PowerPoint presentations
* Edit videos to bring safety and compliance training to life
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives
* Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to ensure comprehension and retention
* Upload and manage content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
* Juggle multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail
What You Bring:
* 3+ years of experience in training content development
* Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and PowerPoint
* Solid video editing skills and a polished multimedia approach
* Understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory
* Experience with storyboarding, scripting, and interactive design
* Working knowledge of LMS platforms and digital content publishing
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated
