Reward Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to lead our team in delivering day-to-day services, strategic projects and annual compensation cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary policy, bonus schemes, share plans and market analysis.
* Coordinate senior management compensation across European entities in partnership with UK Reward teams.
