Reward Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to lead our team in delivering day-to-day services, strategic projects and annual compensation cycles.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary policy, bonus schemes, share plans and market analysis.
* Coordinate senior management compensation across European entities in partnership with UK Reward teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reward strategy and end-to-end compensation management. They will be responsible for shaping remuneration structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and influencing senior stakeholders. In return they can expect excellent stakeholder engagement opportunities at a high level.
