Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Electrician to lead and manage a team of skilled electricians. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong background in electrical systems and instrumentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of maintenance electricians, apprentices, and contractor electricians.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, ensuring plant safety and reliability.
* Develop and implement effective maintenance routines using the PEMAC maintenance management system.
* Train electricians on electrical systems and instrumentation, enhancing their fault-finding abilities.
About You:
* You will have a proven track record in managing and motivating team members.
* You will be a qualified Electrician with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Electrical or equivalent.
* You will possess high-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
* You will have extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical process plants and related maintenance activities within the wastewater industry.
* You will bring 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
* You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety statutory requirements, responsibilities, and obligations.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary up to €70,000 plus bonus.
