R&D Partners is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the biopharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on managing projects related to drug substance or drug product development. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and define clear project goals.
Work with team leaders to determine resource requirements.
Create detailed project plans and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Lead regular project meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
Develop and maintain effective communication between all stakeholders.
Identify potential risks, develop solutions, and implement strategies to minimize impact.
Estimate costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
Engage with stakeholders to align expectations and foster collaboration.
Prepare and manage project documentation in compliance with site procedures, including training on GMP systems.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Background in science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing projects in the biopharma industry.
Familiarity with drug substance or drug product processes.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMI or equivalent).
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as cGMPs and GLP.
