As a Sales Development Associate at Stripe, you play a vital role in driving the company's growth engine by working with Demand Gen and Account Executive teams to qualify leads and build the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with SDRs and AEs.
2. Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities, moving solid leads through the funnel and connecting them to a salesperson, arranging meetings.
3. Execute outbound sales plays created by marketing.
4. Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from Marketing.
5. Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales.
6. Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity.
7. Effectively work through lead lists meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently updating activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts.
8. Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messaging.

Benefits
* Annual salary range: €56,000 - €84,000.
