About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable
Agile / Project Manager
to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact projects within our organisation in Ireland. You will be responsible for driving Agile practices, managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of both technical and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on project needs.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and ensure clear communication across teams.
* Coordinate cross-functional team activities and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for leadership and clients.
* Support backlog management, requirement clarification, and prioritisation efforts.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
* Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget requirements, and strategic objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Lead.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management standards.
* Experience with tools such as
Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project
.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
* Professional certifications such as
Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM
.
* Experience delivering technology, software, or digital transformation projects.
* Familiarity with hybrid project delivery models.
* Understanding of Irish/EU compliance and governance frameworks.
* Experience in cross-functional and distributed team environments.
