Production Shift Manager Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Shift Manager to join our team and take on a key leadership role in the production unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production outputs, process optimisation, supervision of production operators, quality, safety, and communication.
Job Description:
The Shift Production Manager will work closely with planning to ensure capacity and production planning maximises productivity and effective use of resources to achieve customer requirements. They will also be responsible for achieving output, quality, and delivery service levels within agreed targets.
Key responsibilities will include preparing production plans that meet weekly demand requirements across all various print and finishing resources, ensuring plans are signed off upon and agreed with the production team, and delivering the production plan. Additionally, they will have full responsibility of the financial performance of the production unit including folding, printing, binding, finishing, guillotine, and kitting cell.

Others:
This is a permanent nights position requiring a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Lean Manufacturing, RCA and Six Sigma experience are highly desirable.
