The role holder is responsible for maximizing sales and productivity by implementing the category strategy from Central Support teams. Role holder will ensure that retail sale professionals deliver a great customer experience through strategies such as Shift Excellence, visual presentation by liaising with the Display and Cat-Man teams, operations and loss prevention standards in line with our ARI processes and procedures.
