Safety and Health Advisor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Safety and Health Advisor to fill a key role in our construction sector client's organization.
1. Conduct site audits and identify hazards to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
2. Participate in pre-tender submissions and client interviews to promote a positive health and safety culture.
3. Lead site inspections, review RAMS, and support external audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
4. Deliver training and inductions to project teams, ensuring they understand and follow safety protocols.
5. Manage high-risk activities such as temporary works, excavations, scaffolding, and crane operations.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A recognized health and safety qualification.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar construction-based EHS role.
* Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, safety systems, and processes.
* Proven experience in inspections, investigations, and accurate reporting.
