The firm's Real Estate Group is renowned for its expertise in major real estate transactions and its close collaboration with their Tax, Finance, Corporate, and Litigation teams.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with their Tax, Finance, and Corporate teams to provide specialist expertise in structuring major real estate transactions.
* Work closely with their Litigation team to handle property-related disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and other legal issues.
* Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support real estate transactions and dispute resolution.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
* Provide strategic advice to clients on real estate matters, taking into account their business objectives and legal requirements.
* Assist in due diligence processes for real estate transactions.
Requirements:
* 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Real Estate law.
* Strong academic credentials, including a law degree from a reputable institution.
* Commonwealth qualification.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
* Demonstrated experience in handling complex real estate transactions and disputes.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High level of commercial and business awareness.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
