Director of Sales & Marketing Role We are seeking a commercially focused and experienced leader to join our senior management team as the Director of Sales & Marketing. This role is responsible for maximising sales performance, strengthening our brand, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sales, Marketing, and Events functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead commercial strategy, inspire high-performing teams, and ensure we achieve strong revenue growth while maintaining our distinctive luxury positioning. You will work closely with our General Manager to develop and deliver strategic commercial plans aligned with hotel objectives. * Develop and deliver strategic commercial plans to drive total hotel revenue across all market segments; * Lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales teams driving individual KPIs, * Foster a collaborative & positive team culture within your area of responsibility; * Partner with cross-functional departments such as Revenue Management & Operations to achieve business goals; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends in hospitality sales marketing & revenue management practices.'
