As a Marketing Graduate, you'll join a dynamic marketing team and contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative and high-performing environment.
You will gain hands-on experience across multiple channels, campaigns and content types.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with other members of the marketing team and dealing directly with senior stakeholders across the business.
This role requires someone who is a creative thinker, highly organised and can work well as part of a team and under their own initiative.

Key responsibilities
Support the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels to build client relationships, drive revenue and enhance brand reputation
Participate in content creation across various formats and channels, including developing concepts and implementing them through copywriting, design coordination and publishing
Assist in the development of internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Contribute to the planning and execution of events, including liaising with senior stakeholders, managing invitations and attendee lists coordinating with venues and suppliers, and supporting on-site logistics
Monitor marketing and industry trends, as well as competitor activity
Provide general team support and assist with administrative tasks
Build and maintain databases to support direct marketing campaigns
Skills & requirements:
Enthusiastic, proactive and a strong team player
Third-level degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline with a marketing component
A creative mindset with a genuine interest in marketing and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of design tools or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
