The postholder will be responsible to the Operations Manager in ensuring the availability and provision of high quality, well maintained, clean and safe Gym and Health Spa facilities which operate according to the highest standards of customer care. Ensuring best practice principles are used to develop the customer programme as well as the sales and retention figures of Vitality Membership, both within the LeisurePlex and as part of the wider Health & Wellbeing Programme across all of Sports Services. In addition to directly line managing the Health & Fitness Officers, the post holder will manage Vitality Membership and programme coaches within the LeisurePlex. They will be expected to be expected to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs and requirements of the organisation and duties and responsibilities may vary without changing the purpose of the job or level of responsibility.
