C++ Software Developer
Location: Ireland
Salary: 50-70K DOE plus Bonus, Pension & Healthcare

You'll be part of an agile product team, developing modern software solutions that combine performance, usability, and reliability.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Build rich, interactive user interfaces using Qt
- Collaborate in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions, ensuring high-quality code and robust application design.
- Debug and optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and resource usage.
- Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and system components.
- Write automated tests and contribute to continuous integration practices.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional software development experience with C++
- Some experience with Qt Framework for UI design and cross-platform development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and multithreading.
- Proven ability to work effectively within Agile / Scrum environments.
- Experience with Git, CMake, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others.
Nice to Have
- Experience with REST APIs or network programming.
- Knowledge of Hardware
- Exposure to C#, or other complementary languages.
