 
        
        Experienced baker required to join a production bakery for a fixed term SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER 2025.
Responsibilities
 * Baking and decorating baked goods to a high standard.
 * Follow recipes but also innovate and assist with new ideas and recipe testing.
 * Follow instructions, but also have initiative to work efficiently alone and proceed to next tasks.
 * Ensure all products meet the quality standard required by the company.
 * Liaise with management and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen environment.
 * Process incoming and out going orders.
 * Have excellent time management skills.
 * Products include tarts, traybakes, scones, sponges, cookies, occasion cakes and more.
The ideal candidate
 * Hard working, flexible, and adaptable team player.
 * Comfortable working in a faced paced, busy environment.
 * Experience of 1+ years in a similar role.
 * Passion for good food and quality produce, taking pride in your own work.

Hours and shifts
 * Flexible shifts and hours across the day and week.
 * Usually Mon-Fri but may be required to work on occasional weekends.
 * Required to work additional hours over the duration of the Christmas period.
 * Opportunity to progress to full time, permanent role.
Notes
 * This role is best suited for somebody who has a keen interest in the bakery / culinary world.
 * Training will be provided.
 * Free parking is available on site, driving is the most convenient way to reach us. DART / LUAS / BUS within walking distance.
Job Type: Fixed term
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
