Job Opportunity: Lead a Team to Deliver High-Quality Care and Support
We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the Garryowen Daycare Services team. The successful candidate will report directly to our Operations Manager and be responsible for managing a group of care workers and administrative officers.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for individuals with dementia and managing teams. They must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to motivate and develop their team members.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage and develop the Daycare Service to ensure it delivers high-quality care and support to people affected by dementia.
* To lead and motivate a team of care workers and administrative officers to achieve their full potential.
* To oversee all aspects of the service to ensure they meet national standards and guidelines.
* To effectively manage resources to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
* To communicate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of shared services support.
Required Qualifications:
* A Nursing Degree and registration with NMBI is highly desirable.
* Experience in caring for people with dementia and managing teams is essential.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
