About This Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Telesales Advisor to play a key role in both driving sales and supporting the growth of our team. This role is perfect for an experienced telesales professional who enjoys leading by example, providing coaching and support, and contributing to the overall success of the team while continuing to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products/services.
* Identify customer needs, provide relevant solutions, and close sales effectively.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and call records.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
* Train and mentor junior telesales agents to enhance their sales techniques.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.
* Proven track record of highly achieving sales.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
* Experience working with CRM systems.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* High level of resilience and a positive attitude towards challenges.
