Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments. We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage weekly accounts requirements in the Kilkenny / South Tipperary area.Key ResponsibilitiesService an allocation of CEC customers in the areaVisit customers on a weekly basis to carry out the Kanban count and put away as well as look after other opportunities on site.Provide cover for other customer support colleagues, and cross train on accounts.Work with external sales representatives on other opportunities being pursued.Build good professional relationships with the customers, whilst carrying out a first-class customer service.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our customer requirement according to their needs and objectives.Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints; and assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Increase business by maximising sales & up-selling to each customer.Conduct ongoing stock checks with pro-active approach to maintaining stock accuracy and levels.Meet with potential clients on customer sites to determine their needs.Other ad-hoc on-site sales support tasks as required.Skills & ExperienceAt least 2-3 years' experience in a similar roleAbility to identify customer needs and provide high level of customer service.Experience within a mmanufacturing/warehouse environment with a good understanding of supply chain proceduresConfidence to discuss the benefits and features of products.Good communication, organisational and administration skillsFlexible and Pro-active attitudeAbility to embrace new ideas / initiatives when they arise.Experience of SAP or similar ERP systemThe ability to multitask and to ensure projects are carried out to a high standard.Experience with and ability to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
