We are seeking a skilled Telesales professional to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers and partners to identify their needs and sell products that meet those needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Participate in outbound calling campaigns to grow our customer base.
* Maintain excellent relationships with influencers and decision-makers in target organisations.
You will be responsible for managing other customer contacts where required, ensuring prospect and customer data is maintained accurately within company systems, meeting sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
In addition to meeting the necessary requirements below: You must have experience working in high-volume contact centre environments; possess excellent communication skills; ability to work well under pressure while adapting quickly to change.
