Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic Sales Support Desk Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of all orders from point of receipt to delivery, maintaining proactive communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
* Supporting field-based Client Directors by building rapport with existing customers and understanding key supplier processes, including bid creation and deal registrations.
* Preparing and issuing quotes to clients with clear and proactive communication, demonstrating attention to detail in processing orders accurately and timely on the BC ERP system.
* Collaborating with internal teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback and ensuring follow-through on customer concerns.
* Attending customer visits when required to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar environment.
* A confident, clear, and articulate phone manner to liaise with clients.
* Being driven and well capable of working on own initiative as well as working well in a team environment reporting to a team supervisor.
* Motivated to achieve KPIs, metrics, and targets.
* Working effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
* Comfortable with process changes and updates with a view to continuous improvement.
* Delivering high-quality service and speedy escalation of any issues impacting client satisfaction.
