We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take up this exciting role to lead and to continue to develop the profession of radiology across the North Highland hospitals from the base within Raigmore Hospital.
You will be required to have excellent communication and team working skills to drive engagement across multiple teams and deliver good performance within services.
You will provide the professional leadership to the Radiography staff within the Board in collaboration with the Service Lead for Radiology and the Management Team.
This role will provide expert professional, clinical and strategic leadership of the Radiology Service, including its radiography, sonography and clinical support workforce, across the sites and modalities.
In conjunction with the general management team you will assist with the delivery of National and local targets, such as waiting time guarantees.

Currently there are ***** hours available for this post however part time and flexible working will be considered.

Additional Information For Candidates
Effective from 1st April ****, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours.
Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains affected.
