Our client, a renowned spa and health club, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Spa Assistant Manager to assist in the smooth operation of their luxury spa. This role combines hands-on guest service with leadership duties, supporting the Spa and Health Club Manager in delivering top-tier service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Inspire and lead a high-performing spa team to consistently deliver exceptional experiences for all guests. Support the management of daily operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations for staff members. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other departments to foster effective teamwork and ensure smooth operations across the property. Drive retail and treatment sales performance, setting and exceeding sales targets. Address guest feedback and resolve any concerns swiftly and professionally. Oversee the accurate documentation of spa operations, utilizing management software to generate reports and records. Continuously contribute to the improvement of spa services, offering innovative ideas and embracing feedback. The Ideal Candidate: A qualified therapist with supervisory experience in a 4-star spa or similar luxury environment. Expertise in delivering a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and nail services.
