Your role would see you working as a Customer Service Member assisting Members and customers with roadside breakdown assistance and queries.
Duties will include: Handle inbound calls and queries, recording and collecting their details and information.Delivering exceptional customer service and overall creating a positive first impressionHandling objections, resolving issues and escalating complex cases when required.Contributing to improvements in the process which overall adds to the team success.Work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.What Skills do you need? Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to stay focused, calm and work collaboratively within the team.Accurately achieve targets and KPI outlined by team.Record accurate information on the system correctly.What is on Offer for you? € 26,400 per year + shift premiums.(OTE € 30,000 to € 35,000 in year 1).Increase in salary after probationary period and twice yearly salary reviews in place.Full time, Permanent position.
