Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement a successful sales and marketing strategy for the hotel, focusing on digital marketing initiatives.
* Oversee all aspects of event management, including weddings, functions, and conferences, ensuring seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with customers and guests throughout the event planning process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
* Relevant marketing or digital marketing qualifications are an advantage.
* Proven track record of implementing effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth in a busy hotel environment.
* Experience in wedding coordination, events management, and conference organization is essential.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a flexible approach to working hours.
* Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of online trends and best practices.
Packages Offered:
* A competitive salary range of €35,000 - €40,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
