Applications are invited for the following post: Application Support & Development Analyst (2 posts) ICT Specialist Post (aligned with role of Administrative Officer - Grade VII for terms and conditions of employment) (Specified Purpose Wholetime up to 31st December 2028) (Reference: 684/2025) As an Application Support & Development Analyst reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will play a key operational role within your assigned workstream. You will combine application support, user assistance, problem solving, configuration, and development/customisation to ensure that the EOS products perform effectively, users are supported, and adoption is successful. You will be a key point of contact for technical and functional queries logged through our ITIL-aligned IT Service Desk, ensuring smooth day to day operation and providing training and knowledge transfer to end users. You will also contribute to development tasks under the guidance of the Lead Product Manager, helping turn product vision into reliable, secure and user centred digital services. Hours of Work:A 35 hour working week is in operation. Location: Tallaght Campus, TU Dublin 24 and Blanchardstown Campus, Dublin 15. Salary:It is expected that appointees will commence at point 1 of the Administrative Officer pay scale: €60,611 Unless the arrangements set out in Circular Letter 08/2019 apply.
