Leisure Activities Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
About the Role:
The coordinator will encourage resident participation in meaningful activities that promote independence, dignity, and choice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver a diverse schedule of indoor and outdoor leisure activities and social events.
* Engage with new residents to understand their preferences, abilities, and needs.
* Review and update individual activity plans regularly.
* Collaborate with the care team to assess and support residents' individual interests and preferences.
