Clinical Nurse Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinical operations within a well-established nursing home in Wicklow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the nursing and care team to provide high-quality patient care.
* E nsure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant regulations, promoting a culture of person-centered care and continuous improvement.
* Manage staff rostering, training, and performance, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse with NMBI (in good standing).
* Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
