Quality Assurance Specialist Job Overview
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and safety of Single Use Technology products for the bio/pharmaceutical market.
* Conduct thorough inspections of components, finished assemblies, and packaging to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Review batch records in real-time to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Verify that critical process-related equipment meets scheduled and unscheduled verification, calibration, maintenance, and qualification standards.
* Investigate and document non-conformances and corrective/preventative actions promptly.
* Develop and implement quality management system activities efficiently.
* Update key QMS tracking tools and logs in real-time.
* Execute routine environmental monitoring tasks.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires an effective collaborator who can work cross-functionally and as part of a team. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Lead and other departments to ensure the company meets all internal and external specification requirements.
