An excellent opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager to join a leading Big 4 firm based in Cork. You will manage the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services, lead client relationships, and support the development of junior team members across a varied client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage tax compliance and advisory engagements
* Provide technical advice across corporate, international, VAT or private client tax (depending on background)
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex tax matters
* Manage budgets, timelines and quality of delivery
* Review work and coach junior team members
* Support business development and client pitches
Requirements
* Professionally qualified (CTA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
* 4–7+ years' tax experience within professional practice
* Strong technical tax knowledge and client-facing experience
* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
