Job Description
The role of a Bakewell Supervisor involves assisting the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery. This includes managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Bakewell Supervisor will support the Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets. This may involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and customer interaction experience. They will have a can-do attitude, be able to work well in a team environment, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
