We have a network of staff and more than 5,000 volunteers across the country We have been awarded Quality Marks from Volunteer Ireland, the ISO, the Charities Regulator and the Housing Regulatory Standard.We are now recruiting a Head of ServicesAs a key member of the Leadership Team, the Head of Services will lead three Regional Heads of Services and their respective teams to deliver impactful results and meet operational KPIs across the country. This role is focused on operational excellence, performance management, and national consistency in service delivery, aligned with ALONE’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.While contributing to strategic discussions, the core focus of this role is execution. The Head of Services will ensure that strategic goals are effectively translated into operational reality by overseeing delivery plans, workflows, resourcing, and KPI’s —focusing on “getting things done” and ensuring impact is visible and measurable.You will report directly to the CEOResponsibilitiesConsistently deliver ALONE’s service model focusing on the delivery of services to older people.Drive consistent service delivery across all regions by overseeing the performance of Regional Heads of Services and their teams nationwide.Integrate with and support other Heads of Department (Operations, Finance, HR, and Communications etc.) to ensure service delivery is supported, sustainable, and aligned with ALONE’s overall objectives.
